I have been looking through the old threads on this board for you. I found two threads that talk about Popy vs. Godaikin differences so far, and one indicates that there is no difference for the bioman toy other than box, overlay and manual. I will keep checking.
As a side note, if your toy sold, it is no problem for me.

Yes there is 1 difference. I have a Godaikin Bioman which is the same as the Machine Robo Bioman. The jets do not have pilots in the cockpits. The original Popy version has 3 pilot figures as Bioman is a Dai Sentai or Power Ranger Megazord. Bioman Dai Sentai is a 3 person team. So the Popy toy has 2 pilots in Bio-Jet 2, and 1 pilot in Bio-Jet 1. The pilots were omitted in the later toy lines. Other than this and Popy vs. Godaikin/Machine Robo packaging and directions (Japanese or English) the toys are all the same and come with identical accessories.

Yep, did some more checking. And I learned that some of the transition Godaikin Biomans have the pilots in Jet-2 and some don't, but all of them are missing the Jet-1 pilot. Machine Robo Biomans have no pilots as they were the last released versions. If all of your jets have figures, then it is a Popy or original 1st release. Cool find.
