I'm thinking of letting go of Evolution Toys stuff, they are gorgeous but I don't have the space for them. Anyone need Gaiking, Daiku Maryu, Grendizer or Getter Robo G from this series? PM me.

Lets keep our hope up.
Although Bandai is knee deep in awesome DC SOCs, its been known to steal thunders from EV lol.
If Daipolon gets enough exposure by likes of EV, i have to guess that Bandai might pay attention. Bandai IS a giant company. Maybe its already in the works. They gave lesser known robots some attention so....

Quick first impression on the S Metal Jeeg.
Pros Its heavy! Chest, Lower legs, feet are diecast!!! Cons Its super Tiny at about 3 inches. Left hip joint was really weak...but removing the rubber bumper or gasket fixed all that. A one second mod...just simply rip it off. The torso magnet seems weak too but i dont know how to fix that as there is no gasket like the hip...l Foot joint is not magnet but a simple ball joint. Shoulder joints seems like a weird combo of magnet AND ball and socket joint? Weird. No rubber soles Lastly, the head cant look down as it is sculpted to just look straight and look up....just like his bigger brothers. What is up with that EV?
So far, the biggest con is the super weak torso magnet joint. But this could be due to combine gimmick with Panzoroid...but thats a lame excuse.

Just read the manual....
Theres little notice about the weak torso joint. And i quote
" When the whole waist is assembled, magnetism may weaken temporarily. It is the magnetic characteristic. Magnetism returns by a definite periode of time. (We recommend you to put a thigh togather previously)"
End of quote..... I'm guessing EV wants me to leave the assembled figure alone for little while to regain its magnet power. Ill check tomorrow morning if the the torso joint improved. Ill also put up my sorry one photo of the figure then too.

Yeup, the torso solution by EV is a BS. Do not do not hold him by chest.....his bottom half will fall out. Mine did. It shattered all over the hardwood floor. Good thing its a magneto joints. Metal lower legs feet are way too heavy for the magnet they are using on the hips....and prob for torso matter of fact, Metal chest also makes him top heavy. Its heart breaking because im saying this as a diecast fiend and hate puting the blame on the metal. But , EV did have interesting and rather pointless joint on the ankle... Weirdly, the ball joint," the male part, the round peg itself"....has a tiny metal disc imbedded. Thats right, the round peg itself is "detachable" by a magnet. Why? Why ask why? Its cool as hell.

Im still curious how it would combine.. how they would pull it off.. I hope it isnt another Albegas-type heavy parts swapping disaster.. full of unwanted parts.. (hey fists LOL)..
