hmmm, i think we have seen the clearance section at Toys R Us...the reissues did NOT sell at original cost.
Now if they would REISSUE Prediking at $50, i would buy, but i can NOT hash out $175 for a reissue toy. i just have to enjoy my memories.
but, i think a NEO Predaking would be awesome, imagine the advanced articulation.
The NEO line is awesome, it's like they are taking all that they have learned in the last 30 years and fusing it with the original characters..more articulation! YEAH!

i am new to the TF line, got MP and the binaltechs line, but sold em all because i wasn't satisfied with some of the figures' aesthetics and fiddly/difficult transformations. but with this neo-G1 stuff, i'm thinking of riding the TF bandwagon again neo-G1 rules baby!!! i don't mind if they have no diecast, as long as they transform easy and with no paint chipping on transformation.

I don't know but I was kinda wishing for G1 exact designs with modern engineering, I guess I've been spoiled by Don F.'s art but I want G1 toys that look like the way Don draws them. A MP style line with no diecast but significantly cheaper.

Anything that is great and affordable has my vote. The re-issues were nice but the price was a deterrent.

Hey, I'm with Chen. I think G1 characters with modern engineering and articulation will be better than just a plain reissue. I'm gonna go with neo G1 for this one.
I think Predaking with old price will be US$ 13.00 x 5 = US$ 65.00. At least I think US$ 12.99 is how much I paid for Rampage for back in 1986!!

i thot i was the first to defend Neo G1 anyway i remember paying $15 each for the pieces of Predaking at Zayre store in High Point. when i finally got all 5 pieces, i realized he outpriced all my other robots, including either VOLTRON, but he was magnificent!
