Does anybody know what can be done to a seller that refuses to send an item that has been paid for, attempts to refund the money, and then re-lists the item for more money? Any help would be appreciated.

you can report them to ebay, as the ebay clearly says in its terms that a sale is a binding contract.

Yeah they said that they couldn't do anything. It would be a mark against him. I think he saw an auction where it was going for more and is trying to get more for it.

eBay policies suck these days. Wish they had some competition.

if this is the auction i think he has zero feedback if you leave him a negative he will be minus zero and it will be very difficult to sell his expensive items anymore. people should know about him before hand. also sellers can no longer leave negatives for buyers so you have nothing to worry about. i would negative him asap take your money eslewhere.

Has anyone been watching the boxed Poseidon Jumbo on E-Bay? The seller originally started out at around $1400, got no bids after a couple of days and now the price is listed at $1800 +/-.
Why would this seller up the price $400 after receiving no bids? If anything, logic would dictate dropping the price if there's no interest. No wonder this guy has a feedback score of 95%.....Adding insult to injury is the fact that the item has some sticker wear. This guy is Shady!!

Maybe if the price is higher, someone will give a good "Best Offer". Kinda like selling a car, start a $1000 dollars high and work down to your original selling price.

hey, anyone here the one who bought the Diatetsujin 17 on ebay last week? I think all of us saw it, and some of us were trying to peg if it was fake or not. my best is that it was, due to the color and heavy pitting on the plastic. i didnt see any makers mark, either. but it did have original type stickers on it. anyone got any info on it? the seller had a 90's voltron from the same estate haul,so its possible it was the version of the bootleg that we dont see anymore. very interested.

Yes the stickers are definitely Popy looking but as you pointed out 1oldrobot, there were no pictures of any markings. I would think that a seller who knew enough to label the D-17 as Popy would have known enough to show the markings thereby ruling out any Taiwanese D17 suspicions.
