@erik: your collection is superb and it looks like a nature reserve from National Geographic , where all the rare species are put together each with a name tag introducing each and one of them ;D mikedeco, erik , wtfunks: I see all your collection are well "preserved" with bright colours and radiant. Is there any secret to how to conserve these jumbos? For eg i see erik and mike's collection seems to be in some secret underground dungeon, is there any thing i need to know for eg temperature, sunlight , that will affect the colours and conditions of jumbos? I kept mine all in the room i sleep, sometimes with aircon sometimes without....hope you guys can share some secret cheers ;D

Here is a quick picture of my collection. They are usually displayed in glass cases (see past threads) but I crammed them all together for this 'class photo'. The back row is kind of tough to see, but if you look close enough you'll see a Mazinger and Godzilla tucked away in the mix. eyeone; Your collection looks like it grows bigger and bigger everytime you post photos. It's amazing! I really envy your collection but am also inspired by it. @erik; What can be said about your collection that already hasn't. It is the barometer by which we should all measure our little collections. I'm glad this thread is starting to take off. I'm really excited to see all the new collections/updates. Lets keep it going!!

Sweet collections shots here. Looking great.
As for any kind of secret, no real secret actually. My collection is at my office, in the main open space room so everybody can enjoy it, it's just UV cases which is pretty useful regarding dust and sun.

You're way to kind man. The benchmark should really be Saito-san, Tom Franck, Mike and Dave. It's their main focus and their collections are far superior. For me, jumbos are on the peripheral as I collect mostly vinyl and die cast.

Hey Erik. The fact that your Jumbos is just a side part of you collection makes it even more impressive. I mean, ok I focus jumbos but it's only that and you collection is not that far from me, what would it be if you just focus on Jumbos? As for Saito and Tom, well, they're like UFO in this hobby, pioneer on the first age, both have an almost complete collection like probably nobody. But I have to say that with FB now, I've met more and more super impressive collector from around the world and there's collections out there we can't even imagine. We see only the people who wants to share and discuss about the hobby but there's a so huge amount of Jumbo collectors out there, it's insane. Even here in my country I know at least 3 people who have an impressive collection. There's rumors of big player in HK who claim to have a complete collection most of them MIB and when they say complete, it's supposed to be with a real K7 and all that. I dream of beeing able to travel the world and see all those great collections around the world.

@sjoen: thanks dude! i gotta say, your display at super7 was great motivation and inspiration for me. mikedeco: when i was a kid in mexico, my cousin had collected an impressive amount of jumbos -jugarama, mattel, popy, and bootleg italian juniors. lucky guy! i know of at least three collectors here in los angeles who are not involved on the boards or fb whose jumbos make me drool i am sure the jumbos are out there, waiting to be found. ( hopefully by me )

Well, here's my shelves... this was after I had joined RJ back in 2006.
Today I have much less of my collection with me, while all of my best hauls are stashed safely at my mom's house in Puerto Rico. I kept just a few items with me at home and I'm about to do some late-spring-cleaning and reorganize what I already have. lol

My Tetsujin-28 came in today. As you can see from the picture, he's not in the best shape. Aside from missing the mohawk on his head, he's also missing the rear rocket launchers and leg missiles. The stickers and paint are rough as well.
I've already contacted Kitsir and will be sending him out to him in the next few weeks. I posted him here as he is a new addition to my collection. I will eventually post photos of the T-28 once Kitsir does his magic.

My Voltron is looking way better now with some new stickers and the added 14" sword. Now all I need to find is a decent remote for his stand. A big thank you to Willohio for all his help!
