i recently purchased the scrander from toy freakz and I must say that I have neither gotten the toy nor have they bothered to give me a trcking number. As this was a gift for a buddy of mine for his birthday, I confirmed with them they had in stock. Their staff even told me it would arrive between 3rd and 5th of July, just in time for his bday party over the weekend. I have yet to see the toy and I missed giving the gift to my friend... Anyone had similar problems as it is extreemely frustrating...

I don't think they ever had the Scrander yet. BBTS just got it not long ago, and they are all distributed by Bluefin. }D

called them again and they said they got 2 then but was for someone else and they apologized about the situation, along a mix up with Blue fin that short changed them on qty... Im more so bummed about it for my friend but at least he is getting a gift from me belated... I was more frustrated by the fact that no one emailed me back fast enough... I sent multiple emails to them to try to figure out whats going on... I even tried calling... no reply no answer back... it was not until today I got a hold of them and they told me about the situation... They need much better communication with customer and hopefully they can shape up on this aspect... Any ways... they will express it to me... enough of the ranting... moving on...

I wouldnt say never but I think first is to just establish line of communication so things like this that happened to my first order with them wont happen to others.

Yeah, I just don't understand the mentality of lack of (I didn't say "bad) customer service in legit internet vendors... That's a really risky move considering one bad rep will cost you so~ much....
I would of thought the FIRST thing I would invest in would be the customer service then the very close second, the price. I'm going through the similar situation with another vendor but not as bad as others here. They were around %15 to %20 cheaper then the competition but the communication is def lacking along with the promised due date. So I also 'm also having a second thought about if I would ever order from them again..There're so~ many choices when it comes to buying a figure, it just isn't worth it to deal with BS...

Dave travels a lot, but his employee(s) really suck at customer service. }[ I talked to Dave and yes he was out of town. their staff told me it should arrive at a predetermined date but they made mistake... so I think bottom line should be that his guys really need to take extra precautions on communicating with customer... Especially with so many people selling toys, customer service is key to repeat business. Ill still give them another shot in the future as I think people all need second chances... but as I have tried some others, even second chances are squandered and I have to move my purchase else where...

You know who sucks at customer service? Robotkingdom. They never provide a tracking number or shipment day and they never reply to my emails until I place a complaint with paypal. Had issues with them twice already and it makes it really hard for me to place an order with them again
Then again, stores with higher prices can afford better customer service. I guess the lesson here is you can get cheap toys or good customer service but not both
