WTF! Where did you get that and where did it come FRSM? That's got to be the most amazing bootleg I've seen (better than the transformable toilet robot I saw years ago.)

You'll find some Chukas at eBay. They're probably pricey, in a weird way I guess. I should just make my own Chuka, in a large scale size, for the fun of it. zozo-mag

Could be cool to make one. I've got some spare Erector Sets lying around. And of course there was no pun intended

I finally posed Maz with his Jet Scrander....... ...for this pic, I used the camera on my Blackberry Torch 9800. Looks decent... but it's a pain in the ass having to power the smartphone down and take out the media card just to transfer pics to my laptop. I would rather shoot a professional photo with a real SLR camera or a good digital camera. My Sony Cyber-shot DSC- W130 8mp camera needs a battery charger, I'll go out and visit some local pawnshops to find a used charger for my camera today. zozo-mag

I seriously cannot believe I went this long without owning this figure. lol Wow Bandai! This is the definitive Mazinger Z figure for me. I didn't even get around to opening the box with the hangar parts inside. I was too busy fiddling around with Mazinger's boxes of parts. The cut away gimmick is really great. I cannot wait to see what Bandai has in store for DX02 if they make one. Please let it be Voltes V. But in the meanwhile, I will enjoy my DX Mazinger to the fullest!! Definitely worth every dollar spent!

Great pictures Mclean08... I am still half-hearted about spending the money ... Really worth every penny huh? Damn this thing wont do on sale ... It probably won't now with amazon putting the Scrander on sale just recently... I remember seeing some unconfirmed reports of Bandai releasing the Maz without the Hangar Base a few months back. Anyone hear anything around the grapevine? Congrats on your awesome score Mclean08...

Welcome to the Sickness, MrClean08! Damn, how on Earth could such an awesome photographer like You have gone all this time without a DX Maz! It had your name on it, so of course you Have to have a DX Maz! Yes, it's worth the money for what it is; and it's worth the time and creative energy you put into it. Your photos of the DX Maz sez it all right There! ---------------------- My photo skillz are not as good as MrClean08, and TMZ, and TJ and other many fine professional photographers here at RJ. It's all good, though. This hobby brings out the awesome photographer in every single one of us. ...I was experimenting with the camera on my Blackberry Torch 9800, using its flash Off and On... flash OFF...
flash ON...zozo-mag

Anyone hear anything around the grapevine? Congrats on your awesome score Mclean08... Bro, it's worth every penny on the planet! Seriously, you just Can't go wrong with the DX Maz- you'll be glad you bought one. I honestly Never expected to have a DX Maz so soon, let alone as a Christmas gift from the guys here at RJ. I'm still teary-eyed from the RJ Christmas party at Baron's. As for a DX Mazinger being released by itself? I don't know if that's ever gonna happen; At least not from Bandai's hands. Someone would have to offer their own DX Maz up for sale if that person only wanted to keep the hangar. But then, settling for one accessory or the other would defeat the purpose of spending the full $400+ dollars to get both entire sets just to keep parts of them... ...like spending $150+ dollars on an SOC GX-41S Raideen just to keep the Sphinx head. lol Why settle for just the figure alone when you should own both entire setups ( DX Maz/with Hangar set, and the Scrander set)...... ...if it would work out for you, get the Scrander while it's still on sale now. Then set aside some money for the DX Maz as soon as possible before it REALLY gets pricey later on. Are you located here in the U.S., east coast? Beta Toys and Big Bad Toy Store are your best bets. I wish EVERYONE here at RJ owned a DX Maz, then we would be the "Harvard University" of SOCs! zozo-mag

I'm really itching to get it now... And Oh, I'm in the Vancouver,BC Area so Pacific Coast is where Im at. Damn, will have to take the plunge soon...

You scored the Scrander set already? Good for you! Man, the DX Maz has your name on it, it's all yours! You're gonna FEEL its weight and shelf presence once it's in your hands... let alone hold a piece of the outer diecast armor parts in your hands. Oh, and you Might wanna keep a cloth or a respirator handy when you start unboxing it... that brand-new Diecast aroma will overwhelm you! lol zozo-mag

When I got the scrander I was even more blown away. I doubt I will put him back in the hangar.
Never noticed the smell though. Could be my nose though.
