In this months Previews there's an ad for the new updated Prime. He's suppose to come with a new base that says seven phrases from the original Movie. The picture they show looks like a Hasbro version Prime (battle damage) but with long smokestacks, I don't know if that's what the official release will look like though.

It's not. I saw that solicitation in the June Previews as well. it's a Hasbro release.

You can see photos of the new set here. It's the same MP-01 with a new trailer. I don't know if the trailer opens up like the G1 original or not. |

MannyD, there's a small picture of it in the June Previews. Most comic shops should have store copies of Previews that can be browsed. I saw the picture of the new Prime in the June Previews over at Druids Keep.
