hard to say, there many variation stories for the concept of the upgrade X-Buster and the Z-Buster been look alike. some that i remember are: - Dr. Light was working on X, Wily finds out and steals a copy of X blue prints which starts making Zero. - it was suppose to be MM new buster upgrade but Dr. Wily steals the blueprints and decided to use it against MM and his friend by creating Zero. - Inafune wanted to give a homage of his original idea of Zero been the main character which Capcom turn down in favor of making X more closer to the original MM. of course non of it is official but i wouldn't be surprise if the Inafune theory was real. So did Zero kill Megaman, Protoman and Roll? Which explains why their not in X? I remember reading somewhere that there is a possibility they were all killed by him. But its not confirmed. |

Thanks droutmaster! That was a very interesting background be it a rumored theory or factual story info, its just so cool to get a little bit of background behind the busters. Awesome!
Finally we get an Exclusive! IMHO, it looks awesome , very cool and very easily passable.
Im just glad that they did not a make different character an exclusive.
Very cool but im liking my X a regular shine.
wait unless this exclusive comes with a different weapon/accessories.

nope, he never explain what happen to the original Megaman and the rest of the group. he leaves it as a mysteries. the only thing we get as close to know the story of them is the new PC game called Rockman Online, and with that is still all confusing  . |

I'm skipping on the armor X, the first armor was never one that I like. Come on Bandai, give us the armored up Zero from Megaman X3 with the green light saber. Also some of them helmet bots with exploding effects the power up capsule and of course Sigma and Vile.

I wanna see armored zero any pics Hmmm, only way you could do that would be to put X's armored parts on to Zero. Zero has only ever had three armors: the Dark armor, Absolute Zero, and his armor in the X3-based side mission manga. And Bandai hasn't made those in the D-Arts line yet. As for the story from the earlier posts, no, it was never explained what happened to the original Megaman crew. However, Inafune has dismissed the "Zero destroys them" theory. Additionally, Auto cameos in the Saturn/PSX Megaman X3 game in Volt Catfish's intro. Rockman/Megaman Online answers nothing about the past, and is set far, far in the future, but before Legends. I'm looking forward to Bandai making Zero Ver. 2 - I plan on making a diorama using those figures of the X Vs. Maverick Zero fight in X5, it'll be so COOL. |

At first i thought it was photoshopped XD..
Looking closer, i noticed:
-Different Head Gear Lining
-Different Hand Color
-Different Chest plate color
-Different Face plate (duh)
That image doesnt represent the Comics version well. LOL.
It looks really off at first glance. But im holding off till i see the different expressions.
Wait, does this mean we'll get the comics version of Zero as well? XD
