my very first toy review. i need to practice better lighting and a better camera. please bear with me. better than no pictures i guess.
still sealed inside the box
close up of prime begging me to free him from the box
better to open it at the bottom, the manual and a mini catalogue is included. now i think this is an original product and no guessing on how it transforms.
the mini catalogue has the first batch of 3in titanium pictures on one side
the other side has the lineup of future 6in and 3in titanium transformers list
a simple transformation manual. the other side of the manual is blank, nada, all white.
prime is held by very tough wires with insulation to prevent scratching the poor paint application. i guess this prevents it from even poorer paint damages.
free from the carton box but still prime is attached to the plastic mold with 6 tough insulated wires.
aaaaargh! the wires are tougher than i thought. i need pliers to cut them. a kid cant do this alone. im a big kid so i have an advantage. he he he
free at last from the plastic mold but wires are still attached to it. i need a long nose pliers to remove them.
see this wire, this one pissed me. its twisted so close that i need to untangle the wires with long nose pliers in order not to damage the poor paint.
ayayay! broke the arm off! aaaaarg! good thing the arm is attached by a clip on hinge. so ill just snap it back to place.
there. i transformed the thing in no time. side view of vehicle mode.
ok prime, quarter turn to the right please. violla! back view.
helicopter view or top view.
impersonation of mariah carry best view.
the arms are held in place by pegs on the elbow and no clicking on the joints.
the arm is also held in place by a peg attached to the back of vehicle mode optimus.
cmon let me hear it. is it die cast? WROOOONG! its plastic! the gun is PLASTIC!
the two legs are held in place by pegs that clicks in place.
transformation of the feet. left is vehicle mode and right is robot mode.
much deeper anime fan style view.
half transformed. the thigh slides inside the legs.
paint chips are everywhere, like addidas shoes. they are everywhere. i dont think this was painted with prime paint to make the paint stick to the metal surface.
leg joints can bend backward to the shown position. any further will make the plastic joints crack. the thigh part is connected by a ball joint to the buttocks. if robots have buttocks.
back view of optimus robot mode
the head can twist a full turn.
size comparison with the smallest gashapon prime.
picture picture. smiiiiile!
ooooooops! i dropped it. good thing it fell into my feet. good thing the poor paint is undamaged.
oh hey! it looks better without the arms on vehicle mode.
this is not in the manual but i think its neat. G1 prime looks on with envy. hi there you sexy thing!
unauthorised transformation with the gun attached. kids, dont try this on your transformers. you need parents supervision to brake your transformers collection.
there you go. war within prime vehicle mode on its base. tadaaaa!
had some fun doing this.
i hope you enjoyed looking at it.
thank you for looking. any comments is welcome.
donations are much more welcome. i need a new camera and lights are not bad too. joke joke.
