I didn't. I got him, even with buying the parts, for less than $100. However, even if I go a little over, I enjoy buying the junkbots and refurbishing them. It really adds to them, for me, to know that I did the work to get it back in display shape. Rebuilding them is as big a part of it as having them.

I have contacted WillOhio about the stickers, but I haven't heard anything. Anyone know if Will has the stickers? If not, does anyone know who does? Something must be wrong with him ! I made payment for some Voltron LJN Decals 2 month ago and so far nothing !? He has a solid reputation in this board . Hope everything is ok with him. |

I'm sure he's probably in a busy period. I got some Diamos stickers from him back in the summer and they got here super fast. He is a great guy with a great product, but, I'm sure, just like all of us, he has times when the hobby has to take a back seat to the world.

Here ya' go! I haven't really done that much to him so far other than clean him and add the arm. I am waiting on the wings and stickers. I compared pieces with the ones you sent me, and the rest of the pieces look pretty good, so I have the others as spares. I moved the claw and spring from the red arm to the green arm so now both claws and springs are there.

yeah he looks good. Just think, now you got time to wait for another junkbot or a set of arms and a wing and you could make another one and put it up on ebay when the time is right. hahaha

yeah we got the Batman blue edtion at my store but they want 40 bucks for it and to me its obviously a 20 dollar robot.. besides the new black edtion batman looks a whole hell of alot better.

Faulkners2, that's a sweet-looking Voltron, I must say. I nearly bid on that one myself, but you've obviously done right by it -- nice!
Always had a soft spot for Golion/Lionbot/Beast King, though somehow when this one was in stores I missed it completely! Definitely planning on adding this one to my collection when I come across the right one.
Anyway, congrats on a great find, and good luck finishing the restoration!

Thanks! If you run across one missing parts, let me know. Since I combined two to make this one complete, I have extra parts. I have an extra of everything except the green left arm, the left wing, the motorized base and the spring-clips on the hands. Maybe you can pick up one missing some other part for cheaper and replace some parts. Rodman has an extra spring-clip I know. Good luck!

Thank you, sir! I'm definitely on the lookout for a Voltron these days, so I'll keep the possibility of scavenging some parts from kind folks like you in mind! Similarly, if I wind up with any extra parts myself, I'll be sure to mention it here on the board.

Actually guys I need an extra battery box to rob a contact out of. One of my mint ones broke. The motor still works fine if you place the broken contact in with the battery carefully (clean break, unusual for metal like that). I never use the toy but I would like to remedy this for my piece of mind.

hey faulkners2, I got my 1st ed G Maz in... hes friggin awesome, no scratches or scuffs to speak of.. Ill be making a video once my 6 screw shooter comes in.. and btw that condor works in him and my 2nd edtion. I think ill give him to my 2nd and spend the cash on an origianal condor for my 1st edtion. This guy is turning out to be near mint condtion.
