Which of the 2 Combattra is best TMZ? I do not have one yet. There is a pretty chunky price difference between the 2. GX-50 by all means!  You can get a GX-03 later to display as separate vehicles. ;D }D You sir are BRILLIANT! I had not thought of that! |

You can get a GX-03 later to display as separate vehicles. ;D }D If you plan on getting the Combattler Nanbara base later on get the GX-50.It is made for the base.The Gx-03 doesnt fit properly in the base and will fall out when closed.The base is a MUST have. .The GX-50 is also a tad taller has much more weapons and the cocpits are clear plastic instead of painted.The only very tiny advantage the GX-03 has is it comes with the spin blades for the headship,the GX-50 does not.But Gx-50 comes with 5 times as many other weapons.  |

Nice display Baron. When and if Bandai rerelease this and the other guy (GX-30?), I'll def pounce. I just can't stomach $300 - $500 on a SOC combiner just now..  ......besides I don't want to feed the scalpers. BTW, any bros have a guess to approximate release date on Danguard? |

So glad that we got the GX-50 for like $100 or $150 when BBTS had it on sale a few years ago. Wasn't going to get it because I already have the GX-03. But I am an SOC completist and so... Gotta have the whole thing.

They are from Michaels craft store,they are for football helmets.They are like a large box,I put them on top of my Ikeas.They hold weight too inside that Base is another GX-50 in vehicle form.Thanks for the compliment Greengetterguy.

I don't really like the SOC Nambara base very much, because it looks like it is missing everything but the tower! I wish the same guys that made the Camp Big Falcon that was selling on Ebay days ago would make a real Nambara base as well. I would buy that in a flash!!!!

Baron Weirwulf... Will the new DX Mazinger fit in one of these boxes? I am totally out of space in and on my two Ikeas shelves (see photo below). I plan to place two of the Michael's boxes on top of my existing shelves. I am going to get the new DX Mazinger next month for my birthday, I hope the DX set fits in the Michael's box. Yes it will fit I believe I just took a look at it,ofcourse it will have to be closed though.BUT when you display thebox the long way one side is mirrored,so you will be able to see the box front and left side,teh other side you can see in the mirror.It looks good though see my Combattler above to see what I mean.If your using it to display teh box closed and to protect it that is fine,actually i might do the same.

Well, that was a prototype, and things may have changed regarding the size... hopefully. But no, nothing official from Bandai as of today. ;D }D I'm new to this game. Has Bandai ever released a painted prototype and upsized later? |
