Never worried SOC line will end. There is still too much money Bandai can make to call it quit. And Danguard Ace is a great entry. Something I'll buy for sure. Sweet!

I wouldn't be surprised to see this go for around $150-200 maybe even more who knows? It really depends on the size and market at the time but I'm guessing at least 18,000YEN. I'm guessing the SRP will be a lil bit lower than 18,000 YEN...18,000 YEN at most.

Wow.this is so awesome. I haven't gotten a SOC in 6 years. I've only stuck with the ones I grew up with. Force five. My inner kid just screamed!

(Similar to what I paid for God Mars, God Sigma and even Daltanious.) But paying that much for a figure only 8 or 9" tall would be hard for me. Size matters.

I assumed you paid 18,000 Yen when you pre ordered? It means if Danguard Ace SRP is going to be 18,000 Yen, the pre order price will be less than that... ;D

Is it six months release time from announcement or a year? I looked it up once but I can't remember where I posted it. I know that the DX SOC Mazinger is gonna be roughly six months from announcement to release date, but I don't remember how long it was for the GX-61. Danguard Ace is not a combiner, just a transformer, so it should not take that long for the Bandai engineering team to get to the final version, unlike the last few combining SOCs... }D

Their pre-order price is the same as their regular price. I really don't want to pay over $200 for just an 8" figure. I'll gladly and willingly pay more if SOC Danguard ends up being tall.

I been trying to find more info on GX-62... Like Big Foot footage, I only see ONE photo being used over and over again.... Shouldn't there be more photos? At one site it mentions it being 30cm.... For more info, I guess we have to wait for Lucca event in Italy next week then?

For more info, I guess we have to wait for Lucca event in Italy next week then? If this picture is of the upcoming SOC Danguard Ace, there is no way it will be 30cm. Those who have the Tamashii Stage Act 5 stand can guesstimate the size just by playing around with their stand. Everything so far points at Danguard Ace being small. But that's okay! It will be cheaper and will not affect the Yamato's version too much. }D

I just love the sculpt and colors of that SOC Danguard from that pic I'm guessing between 8-10" tall its just tough from the angle hopefully Bandai will release official promo pics and some stats and pricing soon.

Yeah. As I mentioned a while back I think about 10. If you look at the size of the heads in the reflection. I could be wrong but I think it is a safe bet.

It is pretty amazing how Bandai is able to make things very proportionate while maintaining aesthetics. The Yamato version's legs and forearms look "off" compared to the Bandai version.

Perhaps you should get it from amiami or other store next. I pre ordered God Sigma for $190 via local distributor, and that's already including shipping.

If Lego ever released a Danguard Ace set like this one, I could buy two.

Would Amiami be cheaper than BBTS? I'm trying to benchmark with DX Mazinger, but Amiami and Robotkingdom don't even offer it; well, I can't find it on their website.
