I guess its just the angle shot that makes it look as tall as gx04s.

Yeah, it looks to be the same size from that photo. But I hate the proportions.

Finally! Unfortunately Bandai seems to think everyone loves Shin Mazinger so much that they have to give every classic Super Robot the same sculpting, hence the heavu set legs and tiny waist. I can complain all day, but I'm defininitely getting it!!! ;D

They need to leave the 70s Robots back in the 70s instead of making them 21st century on us. Thats why Im going to HLpro for Grendy, HLpro makes sure to deliver that spirit of the 70s. Next week Ill have the whole MT line except the Trike. Im getting that Trike next month. The bonus item in it sold me on it. You see that Combat-ready Duke fleed that it comes with? Totally changes the whole dynamic of that Trike.

Bulky but not as funky anime touch on shape than CM's version. All spirit of shapes drawings is gone : it's a cilinder version of GX-04 !

for the Chogokin Part, i'll Skip this one, i hate the proportions, it looks like a Diecast Revoltech. For the CM's my only Complain are the large hands.. while this one i can complain about it from head to toe so i'll go with CM's

I waited so~ long for SRC Grendy.
I like the head sculpt. But I Bandai need to take it easy on the shoulders and those Mazinger feet. I hate the feet. That's not Grendizer feet!! Cm has hand issues too. so.... Now I'm lgonna wait for Metaltech's revised Grendy. I don't understand. Vinil Grendies' proportions look great, but they can't get die cast version half right?
At least next year we have MANY Grendies to choose from.

I hear alot of comments about Grendy's hands on alot of scupts that are out there and I ask you guys to take a look at Grendizer, both the 1st and 2nd seasons and compare the hand to forearm size ratio on the anime Grendy and you will see that Grendizer had big-ass hands in the anime. I think if you were to put smaller hands on him he would look kinda "effeminate"..

Yeah, by now some of you might know that I'm a "picky picker."
I guess I just want a "average" slender Grendy that has nice thick neck, with bigger than average hands with "normal"Grendy feet...
I don't know... may be SRC articulations with HLPro Vinyl proportion thrown in? ;D

I like it, it's still Grendizer just a different take plus I like the bulky look. You can't have to many diecast Grendizers so for around $50 before shipping I'll be glad to buy one, I spend way more on booze in a single night so trhis is nothing lol. I still plan on getting the CM version if the price isn't sky high and the new Metaltech one too.
