I can't comment on the online purchasing, however I have purchased from his retail location. I've always had a good experience shopping with him. A very good Tranformers retailer not to mention the other stuff that he has aswell.

I ordered three times from A3+ and I can vouch for them. One of my favourite canadian stores for japanese goodies. Just check their eBay feedback. And Spencer, the store's owner, hangs out on the store's forum. Not just to post items arrivals and business-related announcements, but to talk about toys as well. Fine place. Go ahead and place your order. I'd be surprised if you had any problem with them.
