Amazing!! Truly an epic collection. I like how he has sick stuff hidden behind others, and you can just sort of make them out (like the Jumbo Grendy Spazer). Some great stuff. Some things I didn't even recognize (models maybe?). I would love to see more, like those vinyls behind the windowed panel doors. The stuff on the ceiling makes it a little creepy, though - mass overload!! Just kidding. Can you possibly translate some of what is being discussed? Thanks for sharing.

Awesome collection!!!
As for the comments, my Italian is a bit rusty, but at the beginning they estimate the collection's worth at over 1 million euros. I believe their estimation does not include the sofubis. Later on, when they write into the guestbook, they claim they're the first foreigners to visit this particular collection. Then they go on about how to formulate an entry.
In the first part of the video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heqGNQRp-NU&feature=channel&list=UL) they say that this collection is located somewhere in the countryside of Japan. It's set up in a Minka house, somewhere in the mountains. You need a map to get there.
Anybody been there or recognize something from the first video?

Woaw, speachless really amazing collection and the number of stuff packed in each display is just incredible, at one point there's too much to see for the brain Love the Jumbo Daiku that you barely see, and damn, there's even a boxed Lenzari in there, nice one.

Truly epic collection! The music was perfect for that "go to church" feeling a collection of this size brings. This guy is the winner as far as I am concerned. I have never seen a larger collection of purely Japanese toys. Simply awesome!
Thank you for the link!!

Even though I love seeing this collection, there is something sort of lifeless about it all. I don't know if it's the presentation or the denseness of the collection or maybe just how untouched it all looks...

It is a great collection in the raw. But I consider it raw, as mentioned, without a good display (for my tastes). Lately I recognize that too much lesser "stuff" can hide the gems. For instance I really had to strain to see some of the best toys. However....awesome collection for sure. thx for sharing. Ed

Is that pictured Koji motorcycle considered the first version? It is quite different from the blue motorcycle version and box. Yup. Different colors for the bike, figure and box. That 1st version is insanely hard to get MIB. Hell, even the rider by himself commands a good amount page13.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r96529505

After re-watching this, I realized I have seen the previous part to this video as well as this one before. IIRC, some Italian collectors went to Japan after the tsunami and reactor disaster and they were able to meet with a collector their friend knew and this stuff is all his.
I can definitely appreciate the fact that it is a truly awesome collection, he must have almost everything and the stuff on the walls and ceilings on cards or in blister packs is great. But his stuff on the shelves and in display cases, whether boxed or loose is disappointing because he needs more room for it all. At least if the boxes were shoved against each other so you could see the fronts or all the artwork it wouldn't be that bad but there is a lot of "hiding" going on due to space constraints. So some of the stuff does not stand out or "pop" like it should. Impressive nonetheless.

Wow awesome collection but it appears to be housed in Buffalo Bill's Basement. "With a nice keyantee and some fave beans thifthifthifthifthif!" Just creeped me out a bit, But the Popy/Godaikin robots he has in doubles and triples in every variant (except the Godaikin/Machine Robo versions). The jumbos and all the other Popy and Chogokin toys. It would be like Robot Japan Disneyland if it was in a better lighted place, not the Batcave.
