Hair dryer or hot water. They become very mailable and easy to remove. Flat head screw driver to carefully pry one edge out.

I took your word for it and went ahead and made the jump.
I've used the old hairdryer technique on vinyl, but I wasn't aware that the same technique would work on these plastics. I'll give it a go and post if I have any issues.

Just wanted to confirm that the reproduction docks from Shogun Plastics fit my Popy Great Mazinger perfectly, and once embedded, are indistinguishable from the originals. The method as described by Will, which is also demonstrated in a video on the Shogun Plastics Facebook, worked like a charm. ;D
