 About 8 years ago I buddy of mine bought a totally junked out LJN Voltron JM from me for his then 2 year old son. All these years the kid has held onto this JM. And now at 10 years of age he has shown a new found interest in it, he has gotten on line and seen clean versions and is dying to get his hands on the repro stickers and a sword if possible. I bought my Go Lion in excellent state so I've never had a need for repro stickers for him. Does anybody want to help start this young man down the path to JM collecting and financial ruin? lol I can see the twinkle in his eye! Seriously if anybody can provide or knows where I can get the repro stickers I'd appreciate it, for sure with Christmas coming up...it will make his day! Thanks!

And Willohio has the best prices..Kitsir has excellent quality items and stickers but his prices are double of wills.....If I had the 20.00 I would gladly buy the decals for the lad, I could see his eyes light up when he and his dad are putting on the new decals.....
Just like my 2 boys, when I get new parts/or new jumbos for them.....My 5 yr old, spends an hour or 2 every day, shopping on ebay for jumbos....he just likes putting them on his favorites list !!!!!

Maybe the boys father can open a paypal account, and all of us on RJ can put a few dollars in it  ? My money is in bad shape, but I'll find a way to put 5.00 or 10.00 in an account !!! |

Check the LJN jumbo voltron thread as well. There is a new Halloween type voltron sword that works great for the jumbo and is colorful, cheap and easy to get.
If you want the "real" sword that came with it I believe one of the members in that thread also mentioned that they had or were able to get repros of the original large grey plastic sword for a reasonable price. I don't want to have you contacting the wrong member, but just look, the info for either sword is there. The jumbo guys will help you out. Good luck!!

If he needs any parts, let me know. I have some extra parts for the LJN Voltron, but no sword. WillOhio is definitely your man for stickers. I am finishing mine up now (see the Voltron thread) and I will post some pics of him on that thread in a few days. He is almost ready to rock!

WOW! Thanks everybody for the support and direction. Some of you I will PM in relation to getting the needed parts. Thanks agian!
AND...if I can get all of the stuff for him, I'll try to have his dad takes pics of him fixing it up and post the pics on here.

LOL!!!!!! I love the title of this thread..... We ought to have it
as the official hobby slogan for Robot Japan, because with as
many new toy specimens that are coming out recently, this hobby
will definitely lead us down the path toward financial ruin! LOL! ;D
