Hello to all!!! I need some opinions.....Personally, I have been changing up my collection, and started to get "deeper" into collecting by moving on from the more common Mattel Jumbos to Popy Jumbos. I understand something is worth what someone is willing to pay, so here's my question: Of the Kamen Rider Jumbos available, how important is it to have in your collection (scale of 1-10, and 10 being the most important) and how much would you pay for each?? I appreciate & value everyone's opinions. This will help me with the direction I'm going with my collection on the "budget" I'm on. Thanks in advance!!!

I think they are fairly important pieces in a machinder collection. 2 of the 4 Popy non-robot hero jumbos as well as having villains created to go along side them... value all depends on condition as usual but they appear frequent enough you can score them for a good price.

Toykrazy,
For me and my collection habits, I want to collect as many of the robot Popy Jumbo's before I start spending $$ on heroes & villains. Again, that's an individual collectors opinion and will vary from collector to collector.
That being said, I would snatch up a Kamen Rider if the price and condition made it a great deal. I eventually would love to complete (as much as fiscally possible) the Popy lineup and will buy everything that is available to me, but for now, my eyes and $$ are on the Popy robots.
Congrats on delving into the Popy Machinder realm. It's wicked expensive but so worth it!

You have to collect what you like first.
I had a flash when I saw the Kamen Rider V3 the first time and it's one of the very first Jumbo Popy I've buy. But that's my personnal taste. Historicaly I think the V3 was maybe the second or one of the very first after Mazinger Z to be released. You can easily find it for cheap even boxed. The Kamen Rider X is a bit harder to find and can be expensive when it's boxed.

Thanks for the responses....this REALLY helped!!!
Although I knew the hero/robot differences I never really though of them as different until I read the response from rodman75. Looking at my collection, I have more robots than heros. Looking at my "wish list" there are all robots. In my collection the only "heros" that I currently have is a V3 & (if it counts as a hero) a Stormtrooper. I grew up watching Kamen Rider V3 and got a great deal on him and the Stormtrooper was another thing growing up.
Although, I'd like to get a Kamen Rider X, there are so many other jumbo robots I want for the collection, I'll probably wait unless it's a really good deal.
Once again, thanks for the responses and helping me "see the light". Definitely have a better direction on where I'm going now!*LOL* ;D
