It's been a long time since I was a member of an exclusively TF forum. Back in the day, www.transfans.net was the place to go. They had all the breaking news (still do), and really lively conversation with a really cool and civil community. These days, Transfans has drifted away from a lot of the TF focus, but it's still a great place to meet people. Don't know where I'd recommend going for exclusive TF talk though.

transformers has a lot of following by fans. they even have separate toy conventions in some states in the USA. i know because ive been a transformers fan since my childhood and transformers is embeded in my mind.
partly because im a machine junky who finds beauty on machines, and the transformers as a child for me is a wonder specially since much engineering is involved with the creation of these toys.
im not surprised if there are a lot of dedicated transformer fan sites.
ROBOT-JAPAN is still the no1 transformers site for me.

Longtime lurker and quasi-recent member (though I don't go there much anymore) of tformers/tfans.
I like tfw2005 but the language there is worse and people are more reckless in their posts.
I like tfkenkon for photos (though the site seems to be updated less frequently nowadays).

If you're just looking for an informational site and not a forum, there's always Benson Yee's www.bwtf.comNot sure how active he is at updating it nowadays. His was one of the earliest sites to report on the Binaltechs and MP-1 a few years ago. I noticed however that he hasn't posted any new info on MP series lately...

Yeah, Ben puts up some nice reviews. He had some problems a while back and has since been updating less frequently but still does a nice job.

Ben Yee's been working with the Transformers Collector's Club as well as the upcoming Beast Wars profile books from IDW, so it's no surprise that his site's been a bit slower to update.
I've been a member of Seibertron, the Allspark, and TFW2005. The 2005 boards are probably my favorite place to go, but I still keep up with Seibs due to it being my first TF forum. The Allspark's forums have been hacked a couple times, plus it offers me nothing unique compared to Seibertron or 2005, so I haven't been there in some time.

The biggest message boards are TFW2005, Allspark, and TFans, I think. Seibertron.com is also pretty popular.
Tformers doesn't really have anything besides news. And the comments section under their news is often pretty bad. Not the best place for discussion.

thanks for mentioning seibertron.. its a really great resource site for reference and reviews and interviews.. I don't know about using it as a forum though yet.
The art section forum isn't as organized as tfans or twf2005

I frequent Seibertron.com quite a lot. I also goto Tformers, but mainly stay with Seibs for news and forums. If you are needing help to identify a TF or just want to see them, tfu.info is the place to go for that. I used to frequent Transtopia, but since TFMaster was unable to keep the site going, it is being integrated into Seibs, eventually.

Seibertron.com was the first internet forum/message board I ever signed up on. Have some really good friends over there. Otherwise, yeah, the site has lots of good TF info as well.
