thx magengar, do you have any idea to make those fan like jacket? still confuse which material i use to make that small (figure 13cm)

I've never made those types of objects ("fan" clothing),
so all I can do is guess and hope the idea will work...
...might be a good idea to use soft plastic cut from the
plastic lids of large coffee cans.
Attaching them and making them articulated would be
a major challenge, but it's possible if done right.
At this point you'll need to google for tutorials with pics
on that particular subject.
