I've only seen a couple of pictures of Daidenjin and Godsigma JM's and they've been terrible photos (other than Kitsir's Godsigma which he refuses to sell to me ). I would love to add one or both of these to my collection. I know that many people who have deeper pockets & better collections are looking to add these two JM's to their collections also. I'd just like to see some pictures of these guys, preferrably close up but I'd take what I can get. If you have a picture or can attach a link, I'd appreciate it. I once thought that BFJ was rare or Voltes V, but now I'm thinking these two guys trump them big time. Any thoughts or knowledge what these two guys sold for the last time they crossed YJA? Thanks in advance! Rodman75

i'm not sure, but can you imagine how many of those are sitting at the bottom of a landfill, in japan ? makes me want to go treasure hunting !!!!! Around here, i always wanted to check the dumps, that were used during the 1977 flood.....I know of a few men, who lost thousands of silver and gold coins, that just washed away !!!! Back then, they didnt use heavy compacters to smash the landfills down, so I bet lots of plastic toys have survived...minus their decals..

Just hoping lots will be found from a warehouse to bring down the pricing then I'll have them. Strange that these 80s JMs are even rarer then the 70s ones.

Gil, thank you very much! That is a thing of beauty. Did it originally come with a sword? I saw the hole in the fist and remembered that my Godsigma chogokin had a sword.
Wrcfan: I'm with you on that thought. Unfortunately, I don't think our wishes will come true. Although I guess if everyone had a Godsigma, then some of the joy of owning it would be diminished. At least for me I know that owning a rare JM that not everyone has makes it feel that much better for me!
Now, if I could just get an idea of prices. I have a feeling this year there'll be at least one of these JM's on YJA. It's been a good year for variety so far on YJA and I think better things have yet to come!

Yes he does have a sword but unfortunately mine didn't come with one. As far as price for this guy I would probably say as much as a complete all original Voltes V. Hope this helps Jeff.

It helps Gil but it hurts too!!! LOL! I figured it would be in that ballpark. I'm just sitting home right now rearranging my jumbo lineup in their cases. As dorky as it may sound, just seeing them in different order makes it feel like I have a new collection or added to it.
I think the Daidenjin would command even more money based on pure rarity and the fact that some serious heavy hitters (such as you and Mike Deco along with a few HK heavy hitters) only need a few pieces left to complete the lineup, whereas I would need 15-20 more pieces before I even came close to completion.
I recall seeing a Daidenjin early this year or late last year. It was missing some parts. Do you know what it ultimately sold for? I wonder if Kitsir makes the repro parts for Daidenjin?

Yeah he's stupid rare & equally stupid expensive! As far a the one that was for sale last year I don't think it sold. I could be wrong but I don't remember anyone putting a bid on it. I don't think Kitsir makes parts for this guy. At least I haven't seen any so far but you know Kitsir that man performs miracles with this old plastic!

@luclin: That page is an assembly of some of the rarest and best looking jumbos ever made!
@gil: I'm sure he is $$$$$$$$. I wonder how many are around today? Yes, Kitsir is a polyethylene genius. I wouldn't bet against him!
It's great to see those pictures. I'm glad I started the thread. It definitely satisfied my cravings.
Thanks guys

My pleasure guys. Love to share with my fellow collectors. @ DOE my Leopaldon is missing his sword also so Im thinking of molding my Voltes sword & making some repro parts since its the same sword. Looks like it might be the the same as Diamos wrist swords also. Time to get busy making some parts!

It is similar to but not the same as the Daimos swords.
The Daimos blades taper down to a wider, notched section (which is designed to fit into the wrist cuff) than the Voltes blade which narrows down a fair bit more.

The upper half of the sword seems like the one for Diamos wrists since Voltes's sword comes in 2 pieces. I checked it with my Diamos & it looks exactly the same size & shape . It seems all it needs is just to add the tab that fits in its wrists which I think I can customize since I have his shin gaurds.

Well then, good luck! If you get it to work then let me know as your solution would then be closer to the original Daimos swords than my totally home-made ones are.

Will do. Might try to start on it this week it shouldn't take to long. If it works out I'll post some pics of them & the repro sword for Leopaldon.
