You could change the arms but i think it looks good like that. I will try doing the arm swap eventually

YES it fires! I had a really beat up giaking/daimos fist, I cut the stud off leaving the flat round part for a glueing surface. I used a glue from a hot glue gun that I use to glue weights in model trains. I also had to cut off the upper part that would normally snap on Daimos upper arm. I cut it to match the original firing arm. Until Leo finishes the Popy copys I wanted to have two firing fists.
