Introducing the Bionic Duo

Made an interesting discovery recently. The Eida Grip Hurricane Polymer (on the left) and the Takatoku Mach Go Go Go (on the right) both have identical transparent legs. A very cool feature that sold me on the Mach Go Go Go (after first picking up the Hurricane Polymer). I guess there is a long lost link between the two companies. Of course, Takatoku also produced a line of Hurricane Polymer toys, so they had the license for the show. Likewise, Grip also produced Mach Go Go Go toys.

Wow, those look really nice!
I especially like the missile shooters on that Polymer.

I wonder what was the idea behind having
the thighs made transparent for these toys?
