Help ID Mekanda DX Head Piece

Friends, can you help me id this piece? I believe the box should be green & not blue. Any idea on the differences (if any)? Thanks for your help

Right, "normally" the box is green. Pretty strange the blue tone.
Maybe a "discoloration", because the whole box is pretty sun faded.

Or a "real" color variation...
