Is it Bandai? Toei? Go Nagai, himself?

I believe Go Nagai owns practically Everything about
the Mazinger franchise.

A while back he was involved in a legal dispute with Toei,
especially over the "Dai-Mazinger Z" issue (that project
never saw the light of day).

As for the toys, sequels and remakes, it's all Nagai and his
company Dynamic Planning.
He awarded Bandai the license to produce many of his
robot characters into toy form.
