Eddie said to stop by and say "hi". Been a member for a while but I guess I never participated. My present favorite bots are the new Diaclones. I am presently trying to figure out the best way to sell my collection of bots. With all this COVID crap, hours being cut and taking care of mom, things are rough. Anyway, we'll make it OK. Nice to you folks.

Hello! I've been lurking for a while, learning the interface, enjoying everyone's pictures and gaining a lot of knowledge. I've been a super robot fan all my life, but it became a real hobby the past few years. I've been collecting Chogokin and anime soundtracks, and watching the old shows wherever I can find them. I still have a Jumbo "Majinga" that was given to me by Santa Claus himself quite some time ago. Looking forward to joining the discussions!

Hi y'all!
here is a short introduction message, years after registering and reading hundreds of very interesting posts here. I'm Goldor (shortcut for Goldorak, french name of Grendizer) and as you may then guess, I'm from France. I'm mostly collecting vintage robots, and hope to be able to chat with the many knowledgeable people who posted on this forum, although I noticed the interest for old stuff has somehow faded away. I hope i'm not to late to the party!

Greetings Members
I have been lurking in the shadows for a while, checking this forum every now and then. I've been fascinated by Chogokin for a while, but previously with Centurions, Master of the Universe, and gobots toys, along with Thunder Cats and J.I. Joe etc. started chogokin back in 2005, and I have most of the series beside Aoshima, Art storm, evolution toys, Hot toys and few other long to list. Finally someone from this forum convinced me to join and share stuff. Unfortunately, I am collecting stuff, but I have limited space to display items (till i build my own house), thus stay tuned for a couple of year hhh
A word of thankful words from Dubai, UAE to the moderators and consequently to the members.

Nice to meet you. Glad to have you in our club. I collect mostly gokins but sometime dabble in all plastic action figures. I am too fast running out of display space… But the last figure I bought is SOC Mazinkaiser SKL.

Hello everyone,
I found this forum a while ago when I was researching size and scale for different models, I found Gold's 2010 post regarding scale of various Super and Real Robots invaluable and when I decided to purchase a few Gokin recently I found mpchi's review extremely helpful. When I realized I kept coming back to the forum for great reviews and photos I should really make an account. That was last year during PCS season and I put off posting until our household goods arrived from overseas and I finished getting the house setup. Time sure flies!
About me: my love of giant robots started like a lot of others by watching Voltron (GoLion) and Gigantor (Tetsujin-28) as a youngster, and really enjoying franchises like Gundam, Macross and Captain Harlock as they made their way stateside in various forms. I'm very fortunate that my wife also enjoys giant robots and we've watched a lot of the classics, Mazinger, Getter Robo, Daitarn 3 together.
I mostly collect small scale figures (gashapon) that I use for tabletop gaming. Over the last 5 years or so I've started collecting larger models since I love seeing a sense of scale between an 18m robot and a 60m one. My most recent purchase was the SoC Getter Emperor after reading the reviews by mpchi, Getterboi and Gold. I'll need to take some collection photos after I get our hobby room cleaned up a bit.

Never would have thought your Getter Emperor was supposed to be THAT big huh (all the way almost at the very end of the video).
