There’s just something that I didn’t really get from this article/reporting. Like why did he have relatives or invite relatives to stay at his place? Sure death and funeral and all, couldn’t those relative stay at a motel/hotel? Perhaps/maybe the guy still lives with his parents or has a significant and he gets no say on who could and couldn’t be invited to stay? If that isn’t the case, knowing that there be kids around, why wasn’t he around? Additionally, if the collection meant that much to him, he should of hire someone to guard it. Or offer to pay hotel/motel stay for them distant cousins.

Or offer to pay hotel/motel stay for them distant cousins. It's really simple, he probably didn't even know kids were coming over, and the fact that they are family probably gave them somewhat bit of trust. They gather there after the funeral, and He need to head out to get line up for a limited edition Gundam model or something. But just that bit of trust and carelessness ending it all. , what's lost that day is not just his gundams but trust in his family , especially his Aunt. I will even say that his Aunt unlocked his room, and let her kid play inside alone as to not bother the adults talking the living room. Kids are smart enough to look for keys to open locks if they want to play with what's inside.

FINGER weathering technique....
Fast,"easy"(?), and fun way to " color" your Gunpla. He doesnt seem to "paint" his models.
Insane

Guys, I've came back to doing plamo after few years of hiatus and i need your HELP!!
I don't want to paint my model but would love to panel line it....on a bare plastic.( not the best idea but i just dont want to deal with clear coat)
Right now im using Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color.
The question IS.... What thinner should i use to wash and or clean access paint off? Which would be the least harmful to bare plastic?
91% alcohol, Gambol(no odor mineral spirit), or Tamiya X-20?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

I do not know if I am using the correct thinner but I have been just using basic Tamiya thinner. Here is my review and small panel lining demo on Mazinkaiser.

That's beautiful Coldi!
I'd be really happy if my Dragon comes out half as good as your Kaiser....

I have a question for all you cool Plamo builders.
1.Have any bro tried "Nail Polish" product on your models?
2A.Like Base coat and Top coat?
2B.Even using some colors like black, silver, or pearlescent polish.
I'm trying to paint a tiny area using least toxic medium. And I'm considering nail polish from Whole Foods.(brands like Naya and Mineral Fusion)
If it doesnt work I guess I can give em to my daughter.

I have not used nail polish. I just use a dull top coat. Here is another model I recently done. I just painted his thumb nail and did some panel lines on the helmet. The rest is out of the box.

Nice! Awesome job Coldie!! Looks really cool.
Well I tried out, Pacifica's Gloss "7 free Top & Base Coat."
It failed. I applied it on the runner and it "ate" it. (Left the plastic brittle and left a sandpaper like texture...like a chemical burn.)
People put this on their nails and this is supposedly least toxic ones?
Damn!

(Left the plastic brittle and left a sandpaper like texture...like a chemical burn.) People put this on their nails and this is supposedly least toxic ones? Damn! Yeah. Model kit plastic is pretty delicate from what I know. Even panel lining solution or too much thinner can make them brittle and crack. I suppose using acrylic based model paint might be safer, which still has some solvent to help it sit well on the plastic. Straight artist type water base acrylic might be least toxic (ones students use in art class), but they don't stick well. When they dry up on smooth surface, you can peel them off like a rubbery skin. But they work great for touching up small areas on vinyl monsters and dinosaur figures with a lot of bumpy surfaces where they sit much better, and can dilute with just plain water or wash off any mistakes

Thanks for your wisdom Mpchi!!
Yeah, for now I think I'm happy with sparingly using Tamiya Panel Accent color and Gundam marker with NO thinner...
