I say sell that old kit and get this new one. Maybe not being able to order the GFFMC Banshee was a good thing. I much rather have this. Banshee is nice but not 200$ nice. Hopefully this one doesn't cost so much but if MG Nu Ver.KA cost close to $70 shipped. Hopefully I can get this under $100. And if I really wanted a 1/100 scale Banshee, I much rather spend 65$ buying the MG kit and build myself one.

^supergetterv, The MG Sazabi is not going to come cheap, it will be over $70 USD for sure. (excluding shipping) Unless you wait 2-3 years. I think the Nu Gundam Ver. Ka was around 7K Yen... the Sazabi has always been more expensive than the Nu due to its size, so I'm assuming it will be either 9K - 10K range. Time to save up for this badass! We don't have to sell the old one, it can be used for painting practice or some other stuff... recycling the Sazabi sounds like fun LOL~ That's what I will be doing Better pictures of the upcoming MG Sazabi Ver. Ka: Link: tendoutoys.blogspot.hk/2013/08/bandai-gunpla-master-grade-mg-msn-04.htmlThis was expected... after all Nu Gundam had a Ver. Ka. Expect the burst or open armor effect to be available too! Now... if Bandai could only do a Nightingale... my MG dreams will be almost complete! Scheduled to be release in December!

So is it going to be see through? You are kidding right? That's just a see through place card of the prototype, just to tease people with some of the design that they are putting into this kit.

Woop!I can't wait for someone to stopmotion the battle between these two iconic units....or at least do a picture sequence thing...
also, I bet the VERY first thing someone is going to do with this kit is a conversion to Nightingale using some modified resin Kit...
...I'm actually honestly surprised that nobody made a RX-94 Mass Produced Nu Gundam with the Nu ver Ka....

Just preordered! Thanks for the heads up! The last time I tried to preorder this from AmiAmi it was sold out.

Oh I love Amiami and I usually kick in for a preorder there (actually have a few now). However, I sometimes like the comfort/convenience of HLJ in terms of being able to cancel on the fly. You just never know when you might have that unexpected bill, and I don't want to get on a prohibitive order list from Amiami. So I try to strategize my preorders based on finances and potential product availability. I know I wanna get this kit at launch, but if I can't swing it for whatever reason, I just cancel and wait for the reprint. Might sound silly or contradictory in some aspects, but it's all about keeping my shopping relationships/options open. I know I'm really looking forward to seeing a product snap up of this! Oh man, so excited!

Anyone grabbing this? Got my payment notice from HLJ. Luckily I was able to cancel my original PO and reorder from HLJ when their Black Friday sale was going on and saved about ¥600 yen. Snagged this kit for ¥6,500 down from ¥7,200. Glad I went with HLJ on this one. But man, shipping for this is ¥4,900!

Have mine in hand but went with the easier build in HG BearGuy III today. Plan on trying to start it tomorrow. The box is freaking HUGE.

Nice build! Still need to pick up a new LED set soon for this and my V ver. Ka. This thing looks damn huge, TJ. About how long did this take approximately, or did you time?

recca74 - I'd say the build itself... maybe 3 hours? It's a really simple frame. Like... stupid simple.
