It's not my favorite-looking Gundam...but, I may be interested. So, it'll join the Yokohama RX-78 as the other Chogokin?

Don't forget we also have the Fukuoka 'life-size' Nu Gundam Chogokin (in similar fashion as the Yokohama RX-78) coming our way.

I really hope it is 1/100 like the chogokin from the life size Gundam, cause I want it. But, I feel it is related to it being a metal robot damashii (the chogokin logo comes in boxes from other lines to, for example all my GFFMC boxes have it).

Wow... now I want that rx93, I did not buy the yokohama rx78 cause I have the GFFMC, but this is a totally a new thing. Also want the new Gundam from the new anime... I will start saving, those two won't be cheap...

I wish the Factory Gundams were just released as MB's. We don't really need 3 product lines making the same type of Gundam Chogokin, especially when so many of the MB's that they've been releasing are just variations of the same figures they've been releasing for years now.

Totally agree with that. In the end they are all 1/100 with die cast content, not much difference between each line. |

I might pass on the RX-93FF, mainly because I don't care for the light blue color scheme and the new cannon on its back, that we all know is the "3rd leg" for the life size statue from toppling than anything else. But if later on they are releasing the same gokin with the original paint scheme and Fin Funnels added, I'll probably get it. The sculpt itself is nice, very close to the RG kit.

I wish they'd sell the new parts separately like they did with the 00 GN Sword II Blaster so I wouldn't have to buy yet another Exia... but I'm guessing me buying another Exia is exactly what they were aiming for  |

Sucks that SureThingToys bumped the price up by $10 to $249.99. It was $239.99 for a few hours after the pre-order went up. Thankfully, I got my pre-order in when
it was still $239.99.

Damm, the really put an effort on it. Looks gorgeous, lots of details. I wonder why they decided to launch the chogokin line having MB and GFFMC. I'm having trouble deciding whether should I get this or not. I was 100% in before they showed it as amuro's rx93, I did not get Hi NU waiting for the regular NU. My idea is to have rx78 and rx93Nu as amuro's MS. If this was piloted by any other guy probably would have been a must for me... Either way I should made up my mind fast since this will be sold out in a pinch... |

I'd imagine a more traditional Nu Gundam for either the Metal Build or Metal Composite line isn't too far away. They seemingly already have a bulk of the mold done with this release. They can take the fin funnels from the MB Hi-Nu, give it a repaint, and then slap it on the MB or MC Nu.

I'm assuming the reason why the RX-78 and Nu Gundam are just sold as "Chogokin" is because Metal Build and GFfMC are figures designed to the specs of a certain designer (Katoki for MC, everyone else for MB), where as these Chogokin are just bases off the moving statues and their gimmicks. So a MC Nu Gundam would depend on if Katoki wants to do one, but I'm sure there are a few designers that would want to try doing a MB version. |

Is this going to be sold on p-bandai Japan? I can get it at a reasonable price if that's case. Or is it going to some event exclusive, which won't be easy to get? |
