Boxed Daikengo Jumbo - $2k

This boxed Takatoku Daikengo Jumbo sold at a Morphy auction this past Saturday among a collection of Tin Robots. Final price was $2k I believe. Not sure if that is a good price or not. Anyone here the buyer?

That's a great piece at what I believe to be a great price! Glad that didn't show up on E-Bay because I think the price would've gone much higher, especially since he is rare, apparently complete and boxed...the Jumbo triple threat!

I saw a couple of the Tin Robots top $14k so there were deep pockets competing. Still I didn't expect a plastic robot to go so high among that audience.
