Holy fark...I know I already have as many RX-78s as Mazinger Zs...but, man...this looks like a must-buy. Now, how do I tell the wife?

At 1/35scale this thing will be huge! I can see this figure being well over $500.

Jumbo Grade's 1/35 too right? They should do a Zeta or Nu or something instead..

the more I look at it, the more I like it. seriously considering getting a custom acrylic casing done to contain this big fella if I end up buying it.

Damn I forgot this was a thing. Still got to wonder about the articulation though with something that big. Metal Fix Figurations are more of an "Art" piece than a toy. Cool, but pass (getting something from future would be much more viable imo).

Please If it's around $500 may be I can pull it off.... If it closer to 1000, then I give up.

HGG Neo Zeong cost $250, a 80cm tall model kit. Diecast at GFF Mega scale would definitely run at least $450 (wishful thinking). Just my guess.

If the scale is correct, this robot should be around 51cm / 20.2 inches high.
I suppose diecast parts will be only for joints, at best some inner frame parts (like metal composite). Hopefully ABS plastic for the rest. More diecast would dramatically increase the costs. Even in this configuration, I think 50 000 JPY is a super floor price. depending on the quality material & inner frame. I can be wrong of course...
In any case, I don't think there will be more diecast parts than the upcoming Fewture ultimetal Optimus Prime. That being said, if I have to go for a super size robot, I prefer the Gundam Rx 78 design over the Transformers Leader.

I would say its safe to assume that its going to be the exact same as the previous Metal Composites and just be an upscaled version. Extra diecast would probably go to extra hinges and flaps for extra gimmicks and whatnot.
