Almost every Holiday, Canada or USA, there is a deal. 15% is nice. Last one for me in Canada was 15$ off 75$. Better than nothing, but a % is better

Never seen 30%, maybe on very specific items. I think I saw 20%, not sure when.

There was a 20% about three weeks ago, and 15% a little before that. When you see the ad on the app or website you have to click "see details" and make sure it's on any items. Some are "from these sellers only" and only let you buy things like modern house products with the discount.
In general, on the any items coupons, you put the items in your cart, checkout and apply the code and then pay. Items with free shipping save you more.
The biggest issue is finding something that is worth it. If I'm only going to save $5, I generally don't use it, and also I usually don't find anything that I want or need when they have the good coupon. I lucked out on the last two good ones (a 15 and a 20) and used them on one item each.
Just remember to read the details as there is a time window for each coupon and also a minimum purchase amount, usually $25 or more and a max discount cap, usually $100.
