So I purchased a Robot Damashii Fafner Nicht (http://pocketamashii.blog135.fc2.com/blog-entry-289.html) from Mandarake, and the ball joint for its right fist snapped when I was swapping them out. I was trying to be extra careful with it too, because there's a warning about these joints in the instructions.
I've tried Mandarake, Bandai Japan, Bandai HK, HLJ, amiami, Bandai America, and Bluefin, and everyone's telling me to try someone else. Is there anyone else to try? It especially sucks for this to happen to a decently expensive toy, but I guess this is one of the crappier parts of the hobby.

Have you tried a small dab of glue yet?

If I glue it I'd be stuck with that particular fist in a fixed position, which is kind of a bummer. At this point though, that may be better than nothing. Thanks.

I got it from Mandarake, and they already said that they can't help me. Thanks for the link; I'm not sure I can use this same method, since the joint is so thin and fragile, but it's something I'll look into at some point.
