Looking at two battle fever j jumbos, I notice some have a blue mouth while some have a black mouth. Anyone else notice this? Mine has a black mouth. Hopefully it isn't a bootleg head. Paid a decent price for him.

I'm thinking of drilling a hole on the right fist of my battle fever j and then making that cool samurai sword for it. I wish popy made swords for all the characters that have swords. May have to make another fist I can do this with. I compare this to those who do t want to use their original robot factory stickers and instead scanning the stickers and printing on adhesive paper or those who won't open a MISB toy valued in the thousands.

Our dear board member rodman75 is one of those few that have the brave heart to open up his MISB BFJ Jumbo and assemble the jumbo from brand new. Only few collectors in the world have that priviledge I guess. He is one of those few. best doe |

Wow. That's pretty awesome to put together a MISB robot factory jumbo. I envy that. I wonder have many collectors took the nuts that were still attached to the trees to build the robot. Kind of impossible to build it without doing that.

Instead of drilling a hole in an original, why not use a Space Valor fist? Or have a repro made? |

Yes. I was thinking of making a repro fist. Any chance the next project will be a Gordian made from a Titan bootleg? That would be a challenge but I wouldn't be surprised if someone did it. Great work on your Battle Fever!

Yes the Titan looks like an amazing bootleg to own. You can also make a Grozier X jumbo as well with that head. I believe someone did that years ago.

Hocus Pocus just pick the Titan up not too long ago. He said it was pretty well made for a bootleg.

A titan is quite the rare piece. It would be sacrilegious to try to make a gordian from it, unless I missed a discovery of a truck load of Titans.
I haven't seen many come up for sale.Last one I saw was years ago, I'd imagine Gordian is an easier pickup,unless like I said I missed something..

Titan is indeed a super cool item. One of the very few bootleg I wish I could own one. Like Joweone is saying, it's pretty rare, well most Italian collectors have one since I guess it's easier to find there on the local market.
But I surely won't try to sacrifice a Titan to convert it into a Gordian, a nice Titan in great condition can easily fetch 800$ or even more these days. Beside, he's bloody cool like it is.

I would love a Titan too. It would be a hard conversion since you need the legs and feet as well as the head. A gordian goes for about $3500-$4500 so if someone were to make the conversion, I couldn't blame them unless a Titan is near that price.
