Anybody know what happened to the Poseidon on eBay? It was bid up to almost $1200 when I saw it yesterday and had two days left then WOOSH!!! it's gone. Did somebody make him an offer he couldn't refuse? (I'm looking at you bowhntr66)

Yeah I was shocked too. He posted that whole set for $900 then got $600 for just Goro Goro. I was thinking about sending him an offer if it didn't sell this time. Someday we will each get one. (I hope)

Probably just feeling out the waters. When the bid didn't approach his expectations, he removed the listing. At least that's my theory.

Or, Keep relisting your ridiculously priced jumbo over and over again while several of the same jumbo in better condition sells consistently for half of your price.

Well if he did pull it early because he didn't get the price, he would still be charged the selller's fee by ebay, whatever bidding ended at. This discourages anyone to end an auction early or a seller selling the item without paying an ebay fee. Seeing that it last was over a thousand dollars, not sure if the seller would want to lose that money. Of course I could be wrong and he may. Who knows?
