Another clear reason why Japanese toy commercials are the best ever made.
Stop motion animation makes the toys seem alive. They made the action believable - imagine if your Jan Coogo did that!

Apparently the advertising laws in the US specify that toys have to be shown manipulated by people in the commercials. So, uh, the more you know I guess.

I remember watching this show as a kid during the Robot Festival (Festival de Robots) block. It was localized in Spanish as Galactico.
Man, it would be sweet if Bandai released S.H. Figuarts of these characters and vehicles, even as Tamashii exclusives.
