So I had a crappy U.S Gaiking that I've hated ever since getting my grubby mits on a Unifive so many years ago. I found a second U.S Gaiking for SUPER cheap on Ebay a few months ago and decided to grab it to give my existing one dual firing fists and articulated elbows for symmetry. I then added one of Bournos custom wings and found a new love for U.S Gaiking. Still no comparison to the Popy or U5 but he's no longer hiding in the back as he looks sharp enough. SO... That left me with a pile of extra parts that I was going to just keep as xtra parts for some kind of custom down the road but I decided to assemble into a second Gaiking with dual static non-launching arms with a custom left fist from Bourno. But it still looked bland so I took some of this printable silver adhesive paper and spent like 45 min measuring it and finally made it fit proper. I think I'm keeping it like this. What do you guys think? Even though it's a left-over/extra I like it like this enough that I may petition Bourno for another of his custom wings for this one also.

Got some pretty shiny upper legs. Are they chrome painted?
The arms look good for both being non-shooting versions.

I found them on Amazon. www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003KOEUQI/ref=oh_details_o03_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1They're paper with what looks like a very thin layer of aluminum adhered to it. Originally bought it to print a few stickers on but I thought it might look cool for this. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Cool! Looks like a giant version of its diecast counterpart.

Very cool. I want to try it! Was the measuring really that much of a pain? I've never done something like that before.

Very cool. I want to try it! Was the measuring really that much of a pain? I've never done something like that before. Not really. Probably took 45 min total. Probably take 15 min. for a normal person. I'm OCD and had to redo legs like 3 times . I'd recommend taking one leg off to get measurement perect. Then just duplicate for other leg. Arms were a snap. And thanks for all the compliments guys.
