hi all, increasingly i do noticed more and more of the same jumbos get relisted & relisted, there is one jumbo that was sold months ago by this seller but now listed by the same seller again.. I know because i was watching that one item months ago...but get scammed by getting into bidding wars.. i think the best now is have a price in mind, bid, and look away..if not that 1 feedback bidder or no feedback bidder will push you all the way.. not to mention of the already much talked about fake villians which really turns me off
best doe

And..... To add to that, if you're going through a third party, he's a copy of an email that I received after asking "what happens if I bid, win, then the seller doesn't ship?" Tom-san, Per our terms of service, which you have already agreed to in order to own an account, you are fully responsible for payment regardless if a seller ships. On the link you gave us, the seller has 0 feedback. We would not recommend bidding on this seller with no feedback. If you'd like to avoid getting into a bad situation, please email us before bidding or ask as many questions as you can to the seller. We can help you make a better informed decision. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I thought I remembered that clause when I signed up. After watching multiple jumbos reappear, Combattler and Getter 1 for example, I wondered what would happen. Third party's expect payment up front, I wondered what would happen if the seller decided not to ship because the auction sold too cheap....
