Hi, This 1/72 is slightly smaller than the Yamato 1/64. The size is about 7" to 8". In this series there are VF-1J (TV) and VF-1A (brown color).

Those are really cool , and I mean to pick one up some day. The design of Toynami's Masterpiece Robotech toys seems to be based very close to this design, but scaled up a bit to 1/55.
Nice nice details in these, like the fingers, rubber tires, detailed cockpits, slim cartoon proportions.

Just make sure you get the right type of Hydrogen Peroxide. When I tried this, I purchased the wrong solution, the toy ended up not being bleached and cost me a perfectly working, unbroken Ryū Knight Zephyr

The only thing Ive found was the 3% solution. I soaked mine for about 2 weeks & nothing happened. Maybe its because its cloudy and the weather was a bit chiller around Oct. Anyway if I have the time Ill try to do it again this summer. Hopefully it works.
