Blow dryer is what I always use Seth. Try heating it inside...

Be careful about heating it too much, it can warp the plastic. I don't currently own a Godzilla so I don't know what material the arms are made of but Tom's the guy to talk to about that kind of thing. Let us know how it goes!!

Yea the left arm came broke off so I shot the hot air in the arm hole till it was hot then reached in and pulled and pushed it made a slight crack noise so I stopped. Maybe I need to heat it more, I was hoping someone else had tried this and had a tip but ill let you know how it goes

It should become nice and pliable after about twenty seconds of heating. I had to take a non-removable brain Condor out of a late release Mazinga and put it in a second release, it gets pretty bendable and soft.

Godzilla arm is a lot stiffer than a normal jumbo. It may take a little more heat to soften it up enough. That's supposed to be one of the good things about vintage toys, they were built to hold up.

I took his head off (didnt heat it up probably should have) took a small flat head pocket screwdriver put it under one of the two lips while pushing down on the arm and it popped out but the arm was cracked a bit in joint where it holds it I took and filled it in with super gel to help support it, now I just need to heat up my godzilla and try to pop it back in
