I ordered a couple of kits totalling 3840¥ from HLj and got payment notification. Figured Id wait til payday so I told em I would pay late. They said fine. I forgot anyway since this weekend is Fathers Day got caught up with that.
They closed/blocked account, cancelled all my preorders which are all now sold out. Anyone deal with this yet? Ive been buying stuff there for over almost 15 years and have spent thousands there.

Did you private warehouse it? That sounds really weird. Write to customer service ASAP.

HLJ can be d!cks sometimes. They used to be my favorite place to shop dince 1997, but they have been declining in the past few years. I hardly shop there anymore, unless it is a super Fire-Sale.

Yeah its not like im new, i have a track record with em for a longass time. Im just pissed my preorders are gone...for a 30 dollar order i missed. HLJ can be d!cks sometimes. thats aweful...havent shop there forever. i also stopped shopping at AmiAmi.
I only shop at Anime Export and NY at Japanese front. Thogh Im branching out to CDJapan....

Actually there is nothing major with them, just checked, what a relief. No DX yet, waiting on BBTS for that one. Im afraid of shipping that from japan lol What did you have on pre-order there? Hopefully nothing major like the DX Great Mazinger. }D

DX Great Mazinger wise, I myselfs is toss between Amazon or Entertainment Earth. EE my best candidate so far.

sorry to hear that man but their customers service are not professional at all you have been with them that long at the very least they should give you a 2nd chance or some thing you are an active paying customer i hate it when online stores dont appreciate their customers they give you the "if you are not buying others will" concept

Thats terrible that HLJ did that. Did you contact HLJ Service and have them explain? Just seems odd to cancel a longstanding customer.

Wow, that is bad. I used to shop there a few years ago, but hardly do that anymore...
Often, they took a few days to a week to pack and ship my order (even for EMS), just too slow. I feel too frustrated.

They reinstated me but lost my preorders.
I explained I missed payment because I had it extended...but then got distracted with being with my family celebrating fathers day but seems that didnt matter since they just reiterated what I already knew...we expect payment 3 days bla bla blah. Im not upset, thats their policy and Im sure they hear lots of excuses
