Hi gang, here's a quick look at the Gokin Gear clear red acrylic “V” for Soul of Chogokin Voltes V . I sort of wish the baggie was resealeable instead of having to cut the edge off. Since it’s acrylic, the prop comes with it’s paper covering to prevent scratches. Voltes Five!!!! Not bad for 700 Yen I guess. Personally I feel that it should be yellow instead of red, as that’s the more prominent color that comes to mind when we think of the “combination complete” pose (the color actually shifts from red/pink to yellow before Voltes punches through). It’s too bad we can’t use this prop for when he does his V-slash on his enemies, as the “V” in that scene has the tips pointing outward instead of inward. Gold

Gold, nice shots. I think that the bottom of the V sign is too slim. This may caught it easily to break off.

also the design.. is reverse.. the bottom of the V should be wider-- and then gets narrower as it goes up...
