Yo! Didn't see any existing thread for this, so here it is: Arcadia's releasing their version of the old Yamato 1/60 VF-4G Valkyrie from the old Macross Digital Missions VF-X game, with prolly some improvements like their Macross Zero-line. Feb/2016 release. 27,000yen ( not including shipping-fees ). The japan shops don't seem to be offering any po-discounts (ami's "discount" is sneakily after they already added the japanese sales-tax on the 27k-yen msrp). So at any rate, here are hlj's and ami's order-pages: ami-ami (27120y): www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?gcode=FIGURE-014675hlj (27000y): www.hlj.com/product/ACA82127/Act or www.hlj.com/product/aca82127AE, N-Y, CDJ, and HobbySearch have not listed it just yet as of this posting, so please post 'em here when you see 'em.

The VF-4 is a cool Valkyrie. I'm kind of bummed I didn't sell my Yamato version for $$ before this one came out, haha. Still, it's neat that more people will get a chance to own it. It's pretty cool. Lots of diecast, too.

Already have the Yamato one. So this is probably going to be a pass for me. Great for those who missed out before.

I hope those who missed out on the Yamato version got their fill from this Arcadia release.
Does anyone know if there were any adjustments to the missle tolerances to prevent them from slipping off during transformation? Are the hands exactly the same? Are the elbows still limited in movement?

That's too bad. I really was hoping for a remedied edition of the previous Yamato. I guess I could just buy more of the VF-4G to add to the three Yamatos I already own.

After applying some Future polish on the left knee and ankle joints, and some feet repositioning, my formerly drunkard VF-4G battroid from Arcadia can now stand properly in regular neutral pose and is very very stable. No more worries of it tipping over and doing suicidal shelf-diving. At least for now. To celebrate, Shockwave hysterically encourages it to rejoice and raise its arms and do the YMCA thingy...
