When you look at the pricing from outside Japan it seems very high, but in Japan they can buy SMP Megazord for under $40 and Dragonzord for under $30. It is more or less a novelty toy item because of the gum packaged inside, but I think it is the limited production run that makes the price so high. The people in Japan buying it are probably guys like us who love robots, but don't have the space at home for a large scale robot collection, and don't usually build Gundams either. SMP is fairly simplistic by comparison but I really enjoy assembling them, and they look pretty good standing with SRC.

I hope these are in scale with the SRCs. Getter 1 is about 10cm tall. The SRC is 13.5cm. So, no. SMP is smaller. I was hoping for the same with GaoGaiGar but nope. I guess that why it's "Mini"-Pla.  |

I just finished Live Robo and man what a great build & figure. Easily my favorite so far.
I'm looking at getting Daizyujin next. For those that have built a bunch of these, is Daizyujin one of the better ones or does it have some issues?

is it me or this thing keep looking better and better
in the second photo the red chest piece is not aligned but i guess its another awful pose from Bandai nothing new lol
they also showed couple more robots

I don't know anyone going to SDCC this year, unlike previous years. Oh well. Doesn't look like anything more that the one sword-forming effect part though.

im sucker for effect parts man, imagin how awesome this will look like next to the Mattel Blazing Sword Voltron then you can add the KOB on the background daaaaayuum i want it more now lol
