Do you need to have the newer production 1/72 Strike to install the sword and launcher packs? I saw the Aile Striker pack is different on the newer ones.

So I pulled out my copy of the Mo Show Aile Strike, and just as shown above by framigoiou the backpack has a pull out gimmick which exposes the following holes on each side. Who knows if it'll fit properly but it seems that is what is being referred to. Funnily enough this gimmick isn't referred to anywhere in the manual but it probably was planned for in the start. Pre-ordered a set on Ali Express and we'll find out!

Please be careful !! Some items can not be pulled apart because they are sticked . It is easy to cause the wire broken and lamp failure.

Do you need alot of force to pull? Hmmm it was quite tight, so a decent amount of force at least the first couple of times.

Hmm, thought the perfect strike would be cool. The extra heft that they added to the pack definitely doesnt help if we want to stack it all together. Probably a pass at this point and will stick to my vanilla aile strike.

Even the official artwork looks like it barely fits haha Now that you say that, that is true...it just gets exacerbated by the fact that they beefed up the launcher so much and double swords.

Hey sorry if it's been asked and answered before but is there any reasoning behind the "off" scaling of this one? It looks fantastic but I just don't get the scale.

I think their original intentions were to be a different scale than Bandai's so they can have less copyright issues. It didnt work as planned because their Strike gundam was too good.

It's also possible that some of the mechanisms/gimmicks were easier to implement at that scale, tolerances and manufacturing wise?
