I'm just assuming if you're above the order number specified, there might be a good chance you'll still get in. There may be some that pre-ordered more than one unit so the other units get cancelled and allocated to the next person that ordered. Fingers crossed this is the case! |

Now that Bandai Japan and WEP are in bed together knowing there is a super strong market for SOC Golion, you can bet your entire collections that there will be an R version and also a DX version down the line. I can't imagine the cluster F of what those two preorders will be like. Whenever I hear someone say this, I wonder what an R version would even look like. Chrome thighs, chrome waist, chrome elbows, chrome belt. Slightly different colors like black on the yellow lion cannon and cannon stand, overall more vivid/metallic colors. Basically everything like the Popy version which is what an R/renewal version is. |

Honestly, if they did an R that matched the old toy better, that would be more up my alley. I looked back at the old US release, and saw the hips were black. I did a quick PS to compare, and I think I like it better myself if a black hip was made.  |

I have to agree. The chrome thighs look alot better on black hips.

Sorry for drudging up an old post, but I have a near identical damage on my god sigma. What thinner did you use, or rather what thinner can I use that won't risk damaging the factory paint? Sorry for the stupid question as well, I don't really paint Not a silly question, at all! Here was the setup I used below: -Tamiya X-20A Thinner -Tamiya X-11 Paint -Tamiya Mixing Jar 46 -Tamiya Modeling Brush #87029 (x2) -Droppers Not that I also included Tamiya Paints XF-16 and X-32 because those three were the closest Tamiya colors (without needing to custom mix) to the GX-71 body as you can get. As you can see, I then put a bit of each paint on a notecard, waited for it to dry, then held it up to the GX-71, then used the closest match – which turned out to be an exact match in the X-11  But I would recommend buying all three as there may be slight variances in paint hue from one figure to another. For the thinner-to-paint ratio, I would recommend 1.5:1 or 2:1 in favor of the thinner. Any ratio less than that will yield blotchy, bumpy paint. Hope that helps! i dont know about chrome, for me i would like an anime color version
but since the figure is on high demand i wont be surprised if Bandai did couple of repaint versions (just like Voltes v)

Cheapest is boat (you heard that right!) but it can take up to 3 months. $33 bucks. I opted for EMS. $60 bucks.

the boat will be an awful choice, go for SAL but never a boat
for me i always go with EMS, the are a bit expensive but i want the peace of mind

I was able to pre order at my local comic book store through the previews catalog. I was told that Bluefin has picked up the USA release. Don’t worry guys there will be another round of USA pre orders and there will be plenty.
