The vid was SO cool! Too bad Megazord was blown up. "Can't we all just get along?" I wonder if the power of flight and lack of many long range options for the Megazord was what finally did it in?

i figure the only way for the mmpr to win is hand to hand combat against the voltron force. once it gets to machines theyre outclassed in every way.
the usage of the mammoth shield was a nice tactical advantage though

i guess this is a very late prototype the face proportions looks way better than earlier figure
the only thing that's bothering is the chrome on the lions legs its getting yellowish

Trying to adjust exposure levels from the bright white underlighting. I think we all know that they aren't going to do gold Chrome. And silver Chrome is silver Chrome. It doesn't really do subtle shades.

Based on all the images and videos that I've seen so far, is it safe to assume that SOC GoLion/Voltron's arms are mostly plastic?

i dont think so faelon, i know about both photography and photoshop, all of Exposure compensation the white balance and the ISO wont change the color of chrome it may reduce the shines but it wont make it yellowish, on photoshop it will help rebuild the structure of the photo so you can have more details with other tricks but also without changing colors if you go to the previous pages will find the same figure in different environment, different photographer with the same yellowish chrome parts its either the change in climate or the figure was stored poorly, i dont think it will be like the GX-04 chrome parts (hoping)

I think they'd put another one out if it was yellowing, don't you? It's much more likely the super bright bulbs (they're probably the warm coloured type too) making it look gold to you.

the legs are like unfinished metal in some parts. its not shiny chrome like the sword. its different. kinda difficult to explain i have pics that may show it better from nycc but im unable to post.
but yes, they did appear to have a yellowish tint. slight but i noticed it too when i saw it up close.

Are they bare metal? or chromed? that will answer the question. Probably the lighting anyway - it'll be great in any event.

Hi guys,
New to the boards here - and man, SOC Voltron is looking good.
I'm going to Japan from the 21st to the 30th of Dec this year and wanted to pick this up in Japan
My question is - I know that the release date is the 31st of Dec (according to the Nippon Yassan website) do they actually release it in Japan in a much earlier state for any of the SOC line? (This would be my first SOC)
Thanks guys!

Hi S_Gokin - thanks for the reply and warm welcome!
Thanks! I missed out on the POs for Nippon Yassan, HLJ, ami ami etc, so I was thinking if I could grab it in Japan instead.
I guess Bandai SOC have a strict policy and they stick to the release dates.
