I want buy the 2nd release with blue logo of bandai , even for today the price crazy high , i have no option today is still available below $500 ... and plan to buy it. Anyone here can explain what is difference 1st release with 2nd release ? I have both the first and second release; and I haven't seen any differences in terms fo the actual toy. The most obvious difference in packaging is the red -> blue bandai logo change. |

Bandai red in 1st release Bandai blue 2nd release . Thanks for the information, now is hard to get the decent price ... |

I would dare to say if you come across one listed for around $550 it’s a good deal. Check the reputation of the seller and takenitb. It’s only getting higher with time and it will be pricey to get later ....

I bought 2 of these with one being the 2nd release as I had snagged a preorder and another for $400 not that long after. |

I saw a screenshot on FB that this will be reissued next year. I don’t mind having three Gx-71. It’s a no brainer if you have a great product give it a go.... but hopefully they add something different to it ... I agree. It honestly doesn't matter if they reissue the exact same one again -- I'll pick up yet another to display as individual lions. But after two releases now, a recolor or the like would be very much welcomed. |

I am actually glad Bandai is getting hints in how Most Wanted GX-72 is and thus is rereleasing them like there is no tomorrow.
It helps me put to perspective back before all this when I thought I would NEVER get this SoC at all.

The GX-71 really spoils you. My swan song is the GX-88 - which I love; but am disappointed with because I compare it to the GX-71. I wish that the GX-71 would be the toy I "end" my collection on; but I secretly hold on to the hope that Bandai will make a SOC that will rival the SG-01 tetsujin 28!
If that happens, that will be my real swan song! :-)

If Bandai reuse the mold again, I would love for a Black color or Metallic versions.
How many of you would buy a GX-71B or GX-71M? I know I would.
