Well if the GX-50 got reissued, it obviously wouldn't cost even half that much.
I guess a lot of people just have nostalgia for Combattler because of the Godaikin or the Popy toy, or simply because of it's appearance in Shogun Warriors, but I got none of that. That's why I just consider it "neat" and not "$500 neat".

That's why I just consider it "neat" and not "$500 neat". the GX-50 wont get a reissue because its was a 10th anniversary release, and these kind of releases are like TWE items 1 run only (unless GX-50R lol) if you remember the SRC Mazinkaiser SKL was a TWE item but the demand was high so they released bigger versions with more accessories that way they keep the previous release exclusive, and meet the high demand, so its a win win case, same with Combattler v for me i didnt have any combattler v toy but i grew up watching the show, so for me its a must  im with you the price is high but for what im getting its kinda of a good deal |

Last time was only what, two-three years ago? I would've bought it then but because I make poor decisions, I instead bought the MP-10 Optimus Prime when it got reissued the same month. |

So the price for the SoC is now hitting like $700+ right now and yeah. These sellers would be hard pressed to actually get sales for a long long time.
Yeah,I am really wishing that Bandai does a reissue or restock.

Or are you talking about the Playmates Classic Voltron which is at a much lower cost overall? |

Speaking of reissues,I may be in a minority but I like the chrome and silver Bandai went for with the Voltron SoC. But I hear many people would want the reissue to have the silver parts be painted white.
Well if Bandai does do a reissue and they do change the colors to make it look I guess more anime accurate,I wonder how many people here are willing to sell me their older variant of the SoC Voltron so they can buy the hypothetical reissue?

Yeah,that is one of the things I am a bit afraid of if Bandai does change colors of the reissue. The whites they use cannot really replace the traditional Bandai Silver used in their original SoC release of Voltron. And I am also a big fan of chrome. Especially diecast chrome. |
